Pendahuluan. Kanker payudara pada pria merupakan kondisi yang jarang ditemukan dan sering kali terabaikan, baik dalam hal deteksi maupun pengobatan, terutama di negara berkembang. Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) telah dikenal sebagai teknik diagnostik yang efektif dalam penegakan diagnosis lesi payudara, namun penggunaannya pada pria dengan lesi payudara masih terbatas, dan penelitian mengenai hal ini sangat terbatas, terutama di negara berkembang. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sistematik review terhadap penggunaan FNAC dalam diagnosis lesi payudara pria di negara berkembang. Metode. Proses seleksi studi dilakukan melalui pencarian artikel di Google Scholar, PubMed, dan database terkait lainnya, menghasilkan 7.220 artikel yang disaring menjadi 6 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi Hasil. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa FNAC memiliki sensitivitas dan spesifisitas yang tinggi dalam mendeteksi kanker payudara pada pria, meskipun terdapat tantangan terkait keterbatasan fasilitas diagnostik dan rendahnya kesadaran akan kanker payudara pria. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kebanyakan studi dilakukan di negara berkembang dengan sistem kesehatan yang terbatas, yang mempengaruhi hasil dan aplikabilitas FNAC di wilayah tersebut. Kesimpulan. Studi lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan akses terhadap teknik diagnostik ini dan mengembangkan pedoman yang lebih efektif dalam penanganan kanker payudara pada pria di negara berkembang.References
