KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN STROKE YANG MENJALANI TELENURSING PASCA PERAWATAN STROKE DI RUMAH SAKIT

Pendahuluan : Telenursing pasca perawatan pasien stroke di Rumah Sakit menjadi salah satu inovasi pelayanan keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kesinambungan perawatan melalui pemantauan dan edukasi jarak jauh pada pasien stroke. Namun, informasi mengenai karakteristik pasien stroke yang menerima layanan ini masih terbatas. Di Indonesia, data mengenai karakteristik pasien stroke yang menerima layanan telenursing masih sangat terbatas. Sebagian besar penelitian lebih banyak menilai efektivitas intervensi, sementara profil pasien sebagai sasaran pelayanan belum banyak dilaporkan. Padahal informasi tersebut diperlukan dalam penyusunan materi edukasi, pemilihan media komunikasi, penjadwalan monitoring, hingga strategi pendampingan keluarga sehingga layanan yang diberikan lebih tepat sasaran.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik pasien stroke yang diberikan telenursing pasca perawatan stroke di RSUD Kota Mataram.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampling yaitu total sampling, sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel 35 pasien stroke pada bulan Juli 2025 yang di rawat di ruang stroke center RSUD Kota Mataram. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar checklist yang meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, jenis stroke, tingkat pendidikan, dan akses layanan teknologi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif.
Hasil : Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar pasien berusia 56–65 tahun (43%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (51%), mengalami stroke non-hemoragik (69%), berpendidikan Sekolah Dasar (29%), serta memiliki akses teknologi tingkat menengah (57%).
Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, pasien stroke yang menerima telenursing didominasi usia pra-lansia dengan pendidikan dasar dan akses teknologi menengah dengan jenis kelamin terbanyak laki-laki dan jenis stroke non-hemoragic. Karakteristik ini penting sebagai dasar pengembangan layanan telenursing yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan pasien.
