PREDIKTOR STRES, KECEMASAN, DAN KELELAHAN PSIKOLOGI PADA MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19

Perkuliahan dalam jaringan (daring) merupakan solusi yang terbaik yang diambil saat pandemi COVID-19, namun disisi lain bisa menimbulkan konsekuensi baru. Mahasiswa yang dalam rentang usia dewasa muda rentan mengalami masalah psikologis seperti stres, kecemasan, dan depresi. Hal ini dikarenakan kekhawatiran tertular COVID-19, kesulitan memahami materi perkuliahan secara daring, keterbatasan aktifitas, dan kebosanan selama masa stay at home. Durasi pandemi yang lama menyebabkan kelelahan psikologis yang berakibat pada peningkatan ketidakpatuhan protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediktor stres, kecemasan, dan kelelahan psikologi pada mahasiswa keperawatan di era pandemi COVID-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional, pemilihan sampel menggunakan quota random sampling dan didapatkan sejumlah 410 responden. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah Perceived Stress Scale (PSS 10), Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS/SRAS), dan Fatigue Assesment Scale (FAS). Hasil Uji Spearman Rank menunjukkan dukungan sosial memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan stres (p value=0,000), kecemasan (p value=0,011), dan kelelahan psikologi (p value=0,004). Sedangkan hasil Uji Regresi Logistik Berganda bahwa dukungan sosial merupakan prediktor stres (p value=0,000), kecemasan (p value=0,000), dan dukungan sosial (p value=0,000). Dukungan sosial merupakan prediktor paling dominan pada stres, kecemasan, dan kelelahan psikologi pada mahasiswa keperawatan di era pandemi COVID-19, hasil ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan intervensi keperawatan berbasis dukungan sosial untuk mengatasi masalah stres, kecemasan, dan kelelahan psikologi pada mahasiswa.References
